What is it?
The Network of Neighbors Initiative helps people in Mecklenburg County learn about ways to support their health and well-being by sharing easy-to-understand, trustworthy information. It connects neighbors and community partners so everyone can find the help they need to live healthier lives.
Why Now?
Many people in our community face health challenges like diabetes and high blood pressure. Some neighbors don’t have the same access to helpful information and resources. This program makes sure everyone can get the right information in ways that make sense to them.
